Shipping, Refunds, and Returns Policy

At Envoga/MintyCrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. items, such as custom-made or personalized products, digital downloads, and clearance items, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us - Email us at admin@envogahandbags.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Approval & Instructions – Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
• Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic (United States) Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are calculated via the size/weight of your order as well as the location in which you live.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping in the United States for orders $75 dollars and above.

Please Note: UPS does not deliver on weekends, they deliver Monday-Friday!

International Shipping

All international orders have a shipping time of 1-4 weeks depending on your country. Our processing times (1-3 business days) should also be taken in account for when your package should arrive.
